- The award, based on the anonymous evaluation of more than one million flights by passengers from around the world, reaffirms the group's commitment to continuously enhancing the travel experience.

The APEX Awards are based on anonymous passenger feedback collected through TripIt® from Concur®, the world's most widely used travel-organizing application. For the 2026 edition, passengers rated more than one million flights operated by over 600 airlines worldwide using a five-star scale, evaluating five onboard subcategories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi, through a format that allows the assessment to be completed in less than 15 seconds.
A Travel Experience in Constant Evolution
This recognition reflects the ongoing improvements LATAM has consistently implemented across its onboard offering, ranging from cabin redesigns and gastronomy to amenities and entertainment.
In December 2025, LATAM launched its new Premium Business experience, a complete reinvention of the cabin that celebrates the group's South American roots. Every detail—from the color palette to the service rituals—reflects the spirit of the continent: its warmth, richness, and sophistication. The experience combines the precision of world-class hospitality with the color, rhythm, and identity of Latin America.
In gastronomy, LATAM has developed an offering that brings together South America's natural and cultural diversity with cutting-edge culinary techniques, prioritizing seasonality and local ingredients. A key part of this initiative is the Flavors that Transport program, which every three months introduces a new dish created by emerging South American chefs on long-haul flights departing from Chile, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, bringing local flavors and stories from across the region onboard.
